Shipping Policy

We take great care in packaging and sending your order so it reaches you quickly and safely. All items are hand-packed using eco-friendly materials chosen to protect your products in transit and reduce waste.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days of purchase. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Sending an item as a gift?

Simply put the name and address of the person you want to treat in the Shipping section and we'll send it to them. Should you wish to add a message for them, just drop us a line and consider it done.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return an item, please read the details below.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Please email hello@peaceandscent.co.uk before returning anything so we can provide return instructions.
Until the items are returned to us, you are responsible for their condition and safe return.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll issue a refund for the product cost, provided they are in re-saleable condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or faulty.
Please use a tracked delivery service for all returns, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and approved.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

We take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if something is damaged, leaking, or faulty, please email hello@peaceandscent.co.uk within 3 working days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including the cost of return postage.
Please keep your proof of postage when returning any item to us.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product for a refund, then place a new order for your preferred item or scent.
